Join us to share insights, discuss challenges and have loads of fun together with like-minded passionate agile practitioners.
Learn and share new ideas, techniques and frameworks through coaching dojos, deep dive sessions, simulations, group discussions, presentations and informal conversations.
On Friday and Saturday, we’ll run an open space, in which every attendee is welcome and encouraged to propose talks, discussions, workshops or whatever else they choose to further every attendee’s knowledge and understanding of agile ways of working.

ACCBCN participants create the schedule on the fly, every day morning based on the different topics that they would like to tackle. This “schedule” is known as the Market Place. The market place is basiscally a map of timeslots and locations for sessions.
Every participant that wants to, can give a short intro of the topic they want to discuss, present, work on, experiment with that day. After all topics are introduced all participants will co-create the market place for that day.
Law of freedom
When the market place is set up, everyone is free to attend any session they are interested in. If at any time during a session as participant you find yourself neither learning nor contributing, take ownership of your freedom and leave to join another session, or to just hang out.
ACCBCN runs as a non-profit, low-cost, community-organized event. You will only be charged for your full-board accommodation expenses. The price will be around 500€ including food and accommodation. You will be invoiced by, and pay directly to the venue.
The coach camp runs from Thursday 26 October to Saturday 28 October, 2023.
We are aiming for a diverse group of people from all around the world. For achieving this 50% of the seats will be reserved for participants coming from outside Spain and 50% will be reserved for participants coming from Spain. We love the conversations happening at the coach camp, and the relationships we create among us.
